After a decade in banking, he founded an outsourcing firm for major banks like Axis Bank, IndusInd Bank, and SMFG.

Gagan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has worked in large banks & financial institutions such as Axis Bank, ICICI Bank and SMFG (erstwhile Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd) where he oversaw credit underwriting of mortgages and SME loans.
